A damp cloth is a simple way to clean a photo slate. 

Keeping dry:

If a liquid spills on a slate, it should be dealt with quickly. Using a
dry Swiffer head mop with a silicone molt net spray daily can help keep
slate dry. 

Warnings:
Not suitable for children under 3 years – small parts may present a choking hazard. Magnets can interfere with electronic equipment and medical devices.
Handle with care to avoid sharp edges on laminated products. Vinyl and
plastic components are flammable – keep away from open flames and
extreme heat. These products are for decorative or functional purposes
only and are not intended for ingestion or misuse.

Disposal Instructions:
Dispose of all products responsibly in accordance with local waste and
recycling regulations. Vinyl stickers, laminates, and plastic bookmarks
are not biodegradable and should be recycled where facilities exist. Do
not incinerate vinyl or plastic materials, as they may release toxic fumes.
Magnets must be separated from other materials and disposed of safely.
